In this podcast, John Keller talks to us about the benefits of Tai Chi.
John started his training back in 1978 and, in 1980, he started formal training in Traditional Shao-Lin Martial Arts also known as Kung Fu. He is an Elder Master, 8th Degree Black Belt, and he owns the Chinese Shao-Lin Center for Martial Arts in Boise where he has trained hundreds of students in Shao-Lin Martial Arts and Tai Chi Ch’uan.
